9.30 am Along the streets, discover the historical centre of Dijon, Rue des Forges, Notre Dame church, its Jacquemart and the medieval streets. This visit will be the opportunity to understand how the neighbourhood of Les Halles* changed during the 19th century and to visit the covered market*, built following the plans of a certain Gustave Eiffel.
At the Museum of Burgundy Life**, your guide will show you the recreations of shops and their original accessories (Dijon china, specialities, etc.). You will learn everything you need to know about the star condiment which has contributed to Dijon's fame, the famous Dijon mustard, but also to appreciate the sweetness of the gingerbread.

14:00 The historical centre of Dijon hides many townhouses built between the 15th and 18th centuries. Discover the exceptional architecture of the Protected Sector and the histories of the families of the “nobles of the robe”.
And, for a perfect end to the day, taste another speciality of Dijon: blackcurrants.
